INSURANCE WAIVER

Adventures in Art LLC. strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Please note that some insurance coverage must be purchased within a limited time after payment. Please check with your insurance company on their requirements and review insurance policies prior to final payment. We also recommend that you ensure that the policy you select includes coverage for expenses such as emergency medical evacuation, etc.

Terms And Conditions

TRIP NAME AND COST
Crystal Bridges, Bentonville, Arkansas, September 20–22, 2023.
$2,700 per person double occupancy;
$2,900 per person single occupancy.
TRIP INCLUDES:
5-star hotel accommodation, ground transportation excluding airport transfers; one lunch, and two dinners, as stated in the itinerary.
PAYMENTS:
The completed registration form is due along with the payments mentioned below:

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
The Crystal Bridges Art and Architecture Tour is subject to the following cancellation charges if you cancel for any reason:

90-60 days before departure 25% of tour cost
60 days or less before departure No refund
All monies will be fully refundable if the trip is canceled because of any governmental, business or other institutional regulation, prohibition, or mandate.

LAND ARRANGEMENTS INCLUDE:
Transportation to each itinerary-listed locale, unless walking distance.
SERVICES CHARGES AND TAXES:
All service charges are included for itinerary-listed meals while on the tour. All taxes imposed by state and local governments are also included.
SIGHTSEEING:
A complete sightseeing program throughout the tour, including admission to all points of interest listed in the itinerary.
PERSONNEL:
A representative of Adventures in Art LLC will accompany the tour throughout.
NOT INCLUDED:
Flights and airport transfers (please wait to purchase non-refundable airfare until you receive confirmation from Adventures in Art that the trip has sufficient enrollment to go), alcoholic beverages other than 2 glasses of wine with each dinner; mineral waters; laundry and other items of personal nature; tips for any services not mentioned above; incidental expenses at hotels; meals, guides or cars for sightseeing not included in the itinerary; life, health and accident insurance and luggage insurance.
MANAGEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In all matters relating to the making of the arrangements for sightseeing tours and services provided incidentally thereto, entertainment, and transportation by air, railroad, motor coach, car or ferry, Adventures in Art LLC. will act only in the capacity of an agent, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of these travel services suppliers, Adventures in Art LLC. can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of either (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of any of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Adventures in Art LLC. Adventures in Art LLC. reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time before departure or during the tour. The itinerary shown is planned at this time, but may be subject to change without notice.
ACTS OF GOD:
Adventures in Art LLC. is not liable for acts of God, acts of other authorities, strikes, wars, theft, dangers in air or at sea, and other acts not in its direct control.
