Welcome to a different kind of trip. Celebrate the end of summer and the beginning of the fall art season with Adventures in Art in New York City. Our time together features special access to the renowned Armory show–featuring over 230 galleries from more than 35 countries–in advance of its opening to the general public. We’ll explore prominent art galleries in Chelsea with our guide, Adventure in Art’s lead scholar and former director of education at Christie’s New York, Dr. Véronique Chagnon-Burke, who combines scholarship and an insider’s knowledge of the art world to illuminate the artworks and the lives and practices of the featured artists. Our adventure includes dinner at a special restaurant in trendy Chelsea and a tour of the recently renovated Frick Museum on the Upper East Side. We’ll provide the art, transportation to and from venues, the expert guide, and our evening meal. Where to stay in New York is up to you!
