South of France

A glorious, art-filled journey to the south of France. Over the course of seven inspiring days, we soaked up the sunshine and joie de vivre of the French Riviera, taking in its captivating landscapes, Provencal cuisine, charming villages and exquisite art. From the enchanted private sculpture kingdom of Domaine du Muy to Anselm Kiefer’s workshop and sculpture park, and Collection Lambert, we encountered both hidden treasures and renowned collections. Some of the most luxurious hotels awaited us, including the architectural paradise of Château La Coste in Aix-en-Provence and the historic grandeur of Hôtel La Mirande in Avignon. The tour was be supplemented by lectures, engaging conversations, and commentary about the area and its artists by art historian and scholar, Véronique Chagnon-Burke, Ph.D.
