Milan, home to the famous La Scala Opera and The Last Supper fresco by Leonardo Da Vinci, was bursting with beauty, history, art, design, and cuisine—especially in early May, when spring turned the city into its own beautiful opera set, its own deeply felt painting. The streets sang with history but were brimming with contemporary flair, from galleries and ateliers to museums and foundations, and exclusive shops that beckoned with bespoke creations. Ever the hub for art, fashion, and design, Milan had been the capital of style and taste for decades, attracting the discerning traveler.
Over the course of two days, we discovered and revisited important contemporary art foundations in and outside of Milan, tasted the most delicious Italian food, and introduced our travelers to top gallerists, designers, and artists in their fields—whether in fashion, jewelry, furniture, ceramics, or art.
This unforgettable stay we designed in this beautiful northern Italian city, where past and present blended so uniquely, provided you with the best the city had to offer.
Our Italian adventure continued in Puglia, May 7–13, 2025.
