MANHATTAN AND HUDSON VALLEY

May 31–June 4, 2026

Our five-day, four-night sojourn begins with two days in Manhattan, where we’ll enjoy privileged access to collectors and museums, including special installations at the Metropolitan Museum of Art celebrating the 200th anniversary of Hudson River painter Frederic Edwin Church. In the Hudson Valley, we’ll visit artistic enclaves and river towns such as Beacon and Hudson, as well as select sites and private estates including Olana, Frederic Church’s Persian-inspired home and studio on the banks of the Hudson; Cedar Grove, the home and studio of Thomas Cole, the founder of the Hudson River School of Painting; Boscobel Gardens and Museum of Decorative Arts; and Franklin Roosebelt’s home and museum in Hyde Park. We’ll enjoy special access to private collections, artist studios, and gallerists who open their curated spaces to us. A must for lovers of art, architecture, and history!
