Trip Details

Location: T&C for Veneto Heritage and Architectural Masterpieces Travel dates: May 10–13, 2026
Cost: $7,500 Double Occupancy per person, $7,850 Single Occupancy per person.
Trip Includes:

Hotel accommodations with daily breakfast. 3 lunches and 2 dinners at exceptional restaurants. Transportation between itinerary stops and locations. Admission and other fees for all itinerary stops.

Land Arrangements include:

Transportation to each itinerary-listed locale, unless walking distance.

Service charges and taxes:

All service charges are included for itinerary-listed meals while on the tour. All taxes imposed by state and local governments are also included.

Sightseeing:

A complete sightseeing program throughout the tour, including admission to all points of interest listed in the itinerary.

Personnel:

A representative of Adventures in Art LLC will accompany the tour throughout.

Not Included:

Flights and airport transfers (please wait to purchase non-refundable airfare until you receive confirmation from Adventures in Art that the trip has sufficient enrollment to go), alcoholic beverages other than 2 glasses of wine with each dinner; mineral waters; laundry and other items of personal nature; tips for any services not mentioned above; incidental expenses at hotels; meals, guides or cars for sightseeing not included in the itinerary; life, health and accident insurance and luggage insurance.

Insurance

Adventures in Art LLC. strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Please note that some insurance coverage must be purchased within a limited time after payment. Please check with your insurance company on their requirements and review insurance policies prior to final payment. We also recommend that you ensure that the policy you select includes coverage for expenses such as emergency medical evacuation, etc.

You will receive an invoice by email, payable by credit card, for the deposit of $3,000 due by February 20, 2026. If you prefer to pay by check or wire, please contact your travel planner.

Cancellations and Refunds:

This trip is subject to the following cancellation charges if you cancel for any reason.

If your notice is received You will receive: 
More than 90 days before departure 50% of tour cost
90-60 days before departure 25% of tour cost
60 days or less before departure No refund

All monies will be fully refundable if the trip is canceled because of any governmental, business or other institutional regulation, prohibition, or mandate, minus any credit card and administration fees.
